The Jungle Book is an amazing story about a little boy called Mowgli who gets lost in the jungle and lives with the “wild” animals. He learns how to survive by “the Law of the Jungle” which he learns from Baloo, the bear, and Bageera, the black panther, and many others.
When all is said and done, Mowgli’s teachers find they have something to learn from the “Little Mowglette.” They must learn to accept the . . . monkeys. For even though they smell and throw trash, they are still brothers according to “Jungle Law.”

Mila Johansen has skillfully crafted a marvelously stylistic theatre piece from the exquisite writings of Rudyard Kipling. She has made all obstacles easy for any director to produce this show. The Jungle Book and its timely message of acceptance will warm the hearts of audiences everywhere.
